The Bishop Arts District is becoming a magnet for arts and crafts and is located in the Oak Cliff Section of Dallas. Many of the properties are decorated with art focusing on the history of the area. This signage recalls the opening of a viaduct that enabled transport of people and goods between the two sections of Dallas even when the Trinity River was in a flood state.

I have some other pictures taken there that I will post in the next few days
Awesome!! We’d love to see and share them! We shared this one for you out to our blog site at: http://www.scoop.it/t/acommunityaffair If you blog Oak Cliff, be sure to let us know and we will give exclusives (only positive commentary is posted – we only share posts of the positive, we don’t typically do politics unless it promotes voting or religion). Your newly posted sight has already hit out search engine as well 🙂 Exciting!! Jennifer@aCommunityAffair.com
Will do. I posted another this morning. I live in Austin, TX and get to Dallas infrequently, but enjoy visiting the Bishop Arts District whenever I am in Dallas.
